New Orleans has always been on my list of places to visit..I’ve always been so intrigued by it. I’m so so happy I finally made a road trip out there for a weekend away with my sister. I fell in love with that perfectly imperfect little city full of so much heart and spunk.  The architecture in the French Quarter, the jazz, the beignets, the amazing people, the parades…it all made me feel so alive. I can’t wait to return. Some our favorites places were along Royal street: sitting outside at Cafe Amelie for brunch and dinner is fabulous (yes we went there twice!), midnight beignets at Cafe Du Monde was a definite highlight (we did this twice too!), hat shopping, peaking into the gorgeous antique shops, a late night ghost tour around the French Quarter, watching the street musicians…so many great places and things to see. Just throwing this out there..I’d love to photograph a New Orleans wedding! Please keep me in mind if you know anyone getting married there!
